Zucchini Sticks
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup Italian flavor seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 zucchini, quartered length-wise
1 egg
milk
DIRECTIONS: Mix egg & milk together to equal about 1/4 cup liquid, in a bowl large enough to dip the zucchini into. Combine bread crumbs & cheese in a plastic bag. Dip each piece of zucchini in egg mixture & shake in the bag to coat. Bake on a sheet sprayed with pan spray at 450 F for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
SERVINGS: 16 sticks TIME: 30 minutes
