HOW CAN I ROAST GARLIC MYSELF?
 | PREHEAT YOUR OVEN TO 350 F. REMOVE AS MUCH
OF THE GARLIC PAPERY EXTERIOR AS POSSIBLE. CUT OFF THE POINTED TOP OF
THE HEAD SO A BIT OF THE GARLIC IS EXPOSED. PLACE IT ON A SHEET OF
ALUMINUM FOIL. DRIZZLE ABOUT 1 TEASPOON OF OLIVE OIL ON THE GARLIC THEN PULL
THE SIDES OF THE FOIL UP AROUND THE BULB. ADD 1 TABLESPOON OF WATER TO
THE PACKET & TWIST THE TOP OF THE FOIL TO SEAL IT. ROAST FOR ABOUT
45 MINUTES TO 1 HOUR OR UNTIL THE BULB IS SOFT. |
