FRESH GINGER Like to use fresh ginger, can't keep it on hand long enough to use all of it? Grate your ginger & place on a sheet of plastic wrap. Shape the ginger into a strip then wrap carefully. Place this into a freezer zip lock bag & freeze. When you need some fresh ginger remove from the freezer & break off what you need, returning the rest to the freezer. |
