HOW TO FREEZE A BANANA
Peel & place the banana in a heavy zip loc-style plastic bag. While closing the bag press to remove as much air as possible without damaging the banana. Put into the freezer. NOTE: check your freezer guide to find out how long it will keep, probably not long, but if you have a party tomorrow, you can freeze it today.
