Summer Cocktails
HURRICANE
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 oz light rum 3/4 oz gold rum 1/2 oz apricot brandy Splash of grenadine Splash of lime juice Fresh juices (mango nectar, pineapple juice, orange juice) in equal parts
DIRECTIONS: Combine ingredients & ice in a shaker & shake to blend well.

STRAWBERRY MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS:
3 oz strawberry drink (frozen-thawed or from mix) 1 oz tequila 3/4 oz Triple Sec
2 large strawberries 1/2 cup crushed ice
DIRECTIONS: Blend all ingredients until smooth using a blender & pour into a margarita glass. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.

INGREDIENTS:
6 bottles of your favorite light Mexican beer
3- 12oz frozen limeaid
3 to 4 - 1L club soda
12 - 24oz tequila 3 - 4 fresh limes (sliced)
DIRECTIONS: Combine in a punch bowl, or other vessel of your choosing. Serve on the rocks.
