TURKEY SOUP INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Bring broth to a boil & add onion, carrots, celery & mushrooms. Reduce to a simmer. Cook uncovered until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes. Add the pasta & cook 4-5 minutes, do not overcook pasta. Stir in the turkey & cook until turkey is hot, about 3-4 minutes. Salt & pepper to taste. Serve in bowls with parsley on top.
