Select plump cherries with firm smooth & well-colored skin. Look for green, attached stems. Refrigerate, covered for up to 3 days. Don't wash until ready to eat. Handle with care, cherries bruise easily. For later use, rinse cherries well & freeze in plastic bags. NUTRITION: Fat free; low in calories; good source of Potassium, vitamin C, B complex & minerals.
