TOOLS YOU WILL NEED: Large non-metallic dish, measuring cup, kitchen knife, can opener, table spoons, cutting board INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Combine flank steak & half of the taco sauce in a non-metallic container & marinade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Pour off & discard the marinade. Grill or broil the steak about 7 minutes per side or until no longer pink in the center. Thinly slice against the grain. Divide the steak with the rest of the Taco sauce & other ingredients among the tortillas being careful not to touch edges. Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla towards the center & gently roll until the tortilla is completely wrapped around the filling.
