WELSH RABBIT

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 Tbsp butter or margarine
bullet1/2 cup milk
bullet1/2 tsp ground mustard
bulletCayenne pepper to taste
bullet1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
bullet3/4 LB sharp cheddar cheese, coarsely grated

DIRECTIONS:  Heat butter, milk, mustard, cayenne & Worcestershire sauce in the top of a double boiler 7-10 minutes.  Add the cheese a little at a time, stirring constantly until smooth & thick.  Remove from heat immediately & serve over hot buttered toast.
