TOOLS YOU WILL NEED:
Medium skillet, spatula, blender, measuring cup & spoons, kitchen knife
& serving container with lid.
INGREDIENTS:
 | 3 Tbsp olive oil |
 | 3 Tbsp chopped walnuts |
 | 1 clove garlic, minced |
 | 3 Tbsp walnut oil |
 | 1 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar |
 | 1 1/2 tsp fresh lime juice |
 | 2 tsp chopped fresh tarragon |
 | 1/4 tsp salt |
 | 1/8 tsp pepper |
DIRECTIONS:
Combine olive oil, garlic & walnuts in a skillet & cook until golden
brown. Cool. Combine all ingredients in a blender & process
until well blended.
SERVINGS:
