VEGGIE SANDWICH INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Combine cheese, zucchini, tomato, onion & chilies with a small amount (just enough to make the ingredients spread) mixing well. Cut to top off each pita & gently place a layer of lettuce or cabbage inside. Spoon the cheese mixture on the lettuce & top with another layer of lettuce/cabbage. SERVINGS: 4 TIME: 20 minutes SERVING TIPS: If making in advance refrigerate the cheese mixture until ready to use. Sandwich should keep at room temperature for 3-4 hours.
