INGREDIENTS:
 | 1 French or Italian Roll (6-inch), sliced |
 | 3 slices crisp cooked bacon |
 | 3 oz sliced roast turkey (deli-style or left-over) |
 | 2 slices Swiss cheese (or cheddar if preferred) |
 | 2 slices ripe tomato |
 | 2 slices sweet onion |
 | Shredded lettuce |
 | Sandwich spread (CAJUN MAYONNAISE;
CURRY SPREAD;
or SPINACH & GARLIC SPREAD) |
DIRECTIONS: Put
spread on both slices of the roll. Assemble sandwich with turkey, cheese,
bacon, tomato, lettuce then onion & top with second half of the roll.
Warm in the microwave for 10-30 seconds, if desired. Great served with VEGETABLE SOUP.
