TURKEY CLUB SANDWICH

TOOLS YOU WILL NEED:  Cutting board; knife for cutting & for spreads

INGREDIENTS:

bullet2 Slices whole-grain bread
bulletMayonnaise or spread of choice (see SPREADS)
bullet2 slices (1 oz each) turkey (left-over, deli or packaged lunch meat)
bulletFresh spinach leaves to taste
bullet2 slices ripe tomato
bulletRoasted red peppers to taste (or use thinly sliced red bell pepper)
bullet1 or 2 slices American cheese or cheese of choice

DIRECTIONS:  Spread one side of each slice of bread with mayonnaise or spread & assemble sandwich with remaining ingredients. 

SERVINGS:  1                                        TIME:  5 minutes

SERVING TIPS:  For a single serving slice the sandwich diagonally & serve with fresh fruit.  For party platters slice diagonally into quarters.  For the lunch box see PACKING A LUNCH.
