TUNA & PASTA SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 can (12 oz) tuna in water, drained & flaked
bullet2 1/2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
bullet1 cup frozen green peas, thawed & cooked tender crisp
bullet1 cup celery, sliced
bullet1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
bullet1/2 cup onion, chopped

DRESSING:

bullet1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
bullet3 Tbsp lemon juice
bullet1/2 tsp thyme
bullet1/8 tsp salt
bullet1/8 tsp pepper

DIRECTIONS:  Cook pasta according to directions on package, rinse in cold water, drain well.  For the salad combine pasta, tuna, peas, celery, bell peppers & onion in a mixing bowl.  Mix well.  For the dressing combine ingredients mixing well.  Gently stir dressing into the salad.  Cover & refrigerate 1 hour.
