INGREDIENTS:
 | 1 LB tomatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick |
 | 1 oz balsamic vinegar |
 | 1/4 cup (packed) fresh basil leaves |
 | 12 oz fresh mozzarella cheese |
 | 1 sprinkle of dry oregano leaves |
 | Kosher salt to taste |
 | Fresh ground pepper to taste |
 | 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil |
DIRECTIONS: On a large platter, arrange sliced
tomatoes & drizzle with the vinegar. Place one basil leaf on top of
each tomato slice. Slice mozzarella & place on top of the basil
leaves. Sprinkle oregano, salt & pepper on the cheese & drizzle
with the olive oil.
