TOMATO BREAD PUDDING INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 375 F. Cut tomatoes into small pieces, reserve all juice. Toast bread cubes. Combine sugar, water & salt in a sauce pan & cook until sugar & water is combined, about 5 minutes, no heavy boiling. Add bread cubes & butter, lemon juice & cook until butter is melted. Pour mixture into a baking dish & bake until bubbling hot. Serve immediately. SERVINGS: 4-6 TOMATO BREAD PUDDING |
