INGREDIENTS:
 | 3 oranges, peeled, seeded & coarsely chopped |
 | 5 tomatillos, husked, washed in hot water, cored
& quartered |
 | 1/2 red onion, cut into chunks |
 | 1 clove garlic, peeled & chopped |
 | 1/4 cup nacho sliced jalapeno peppers, chopped or
to taste |
 | 1 tsp salt |
 | 2 Tbsp sugar |
 | Juice of 1 lime |
 | 1 tsp olive oil |
 | 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped |
DIRECTIONS: Combine ingredients in a blender
& process until smooth. Cover & refrigerate.
SERVINGS: About 1
cup
TIME: 25 minutes
SERVING TIP: Very good with seafood,
especially scallops & shrimp.
