DIRECTIONS: Combine cream cheese & caramel topping, beat until smooth. Spread over the bottom of the pie crust. Arrange banana slices over cream cheese mixture & top with all but 2 Tbsp of the toffee. Beat whip cream, brown sugar & vanilla until stiff peaks form & spread over the pie. Top with remaining toffee & refrigerate at least 2 hours. SERVINGS: 1 pie (9") TIME: 20 minutes + refrigeration TOFFEE BANANA CREAM PIE |
