TACO SOUP

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 sweet onion, chopped
bullet1 LB ground turkey or beef
bullet2 cans (16 oz each) stewed tomatoes
bullet1 can (10 oz)  tomatoes & green chilies
bullet1 can (15 oz) pinto beans
bullet1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans
bullet1 Pkg (1 oz) Hidden Valley Ranch dressing ® Mix
bullet3/4 of a 1 oz Pkg of taco seasoning, or more to taste
bullet1 cup water

DIRECTIONS:  Using a heavy skillet brown the onion then add turkey, cook until done.  Put into a crock pot & add the remaining ingredients.  Cook for about 1 hour.  If additional liquid is needed add small amounts of non-alcohol beer or water.

SERVINGS:  6                                    TIME:  1 hour +

SERVING TIPS:  Garnish with a spoon of sour cream topped with shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese.
