TACO SALAD

TOOLS YOU WILL NEED:  Large skillet, wooden spoon & spatula, knife for chopping, measuring cup, can opener.

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 Pkg (10 oz) mixed salad greens or combination of greens of your choice
bullet1 large tomato, chopped
bullet1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
bullet2 cups white corn tortilla chips
bullet1 can (2.5 oz) sliced black olives, drained
bullet1 avocado, peeled & sliced
bullet1 Pkg (1.5 oz Taco Seasoning Mix
bullet1 LB BASIC HAMBURGER
bullet1 cup sour cream
bullet1 can (15 oz) pinto beans

DIRECTIONS:  Cook hamburger with taco seasoning in a large skillet, breaking the meat up as it cooks.  Drain & allow to cool.  Place greens in a large bowl, add tomatoes, cheese & sour cream.  Top with ground beef then beans, tortilla chips & black olives.  Gently toss to mix well.  Transfer to 6 serving plates & top with sliced avocado & additional sour cream, if desired.
