TACO DINNER

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 LB ground beef
bullet1 can (10 3/4 oz) tomato soup
bullet1 cup Salsa of choice (try Pace Chunky Salsa or Picante Sauce)
bullet1/2 cup water
bullet8 corn tortillas (6-inch), cut into 1-inch pieces
bullet1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
bullet1/2 cup finely chopped onion
bullet1 clove garlic, finely chopped
bullet1 Tbsp chili powder or to taste
bulletChopped cilantro for garnish

DIRECTIONS:  Cook beef until browned, drain off the fat.  Add soup, salsa, water, tortillas & half of the cheese, mixing well.  Spoon mixture into a 2-quart shallow baking dish.  Bake covered at 400 F for 30 minutes or until heated through.  Sprinkle with remaining cheese & cilantro, serve.
