INGREDIENTS:
 | 1 to 1 1/2 LB BASIC HAMBURGER |
 | 1 egg, beaten well |
 | 1/2 cup corn chips, crushed |
 | 1/4 cup water |
 | 1/2 package taco seasoning mix |
 | 4 hamburger buns or Kiser Rolls, split |
 | 1 large ripe tomato, sliced thick |
 | 1 cup shredded lettuce |
 | 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
 | Salsa of choice (see SALSA) |
DIRECTIONS: In a mixing bowl combine egg, corn
chips, water & seasoning mix. Mix then add the hamburger & mix
well. Shape into 4 burger patties. Cook over medium coals (or broil)
5-6 minutes; turn & cook 4-5 minutes or until done. Serve on toasted
buns topped with tomato slices, lettuce, cheese & salsa.
