SWORDFISH TACO

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 LB swordfish steak, about 3/4" thick
bulletolive oil
bullet6-8 corn tortillas warmed
bulletlime wedges
bullet1 1/2 cups thin sliced Napa cabbage
bulletSalt & pepper to taste
bulletSalsa of choice

DIRECTIONS:  Brush fish with oil, salt & pepper.  Grill or broil fish about 4 minutes per side.  Transfer to a plate & cut into strips.  Divide fish among taco shells & serve with cabbage & salsa on the side, allowing individuals to build their own taco.
