SUB SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 loaf French bread
bulletMUSTARD & KETCHUP SPREAD
bulletRomaine lettuce
bullet1/2 LB sliced salami or pepperoni
bullet1/2 LB sliced ham
bullet2 tomatoes, sliced
bullet4 oz sliced Swiss cheese
bullet1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
bullet1 onion, thinly sliced
bulletSalt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:  Cut bread in half lengthwise, spread each side with the mustard ketchup spread.  Layer ingredients on the bottom half of bread, salt & pepper to taste & top with the other half of bread.  Cut into 6 sections.

SERVINGS:  6                                        TIME:  15 minutes

SERVING TIPS:  If preparing the night before for lunch see FREEZE YOUR SANDWICH.
