STUFFED VEGETABLES

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 Pkg of salmon-flavored cream cheese
bullet1 oz finely chopped smoked salmon, optional for added flavor
bullet2 tsp lemon juice
bullet1 1/2 tsp dill weed
bullet1 1/2 tsp dried minced onion
bullet1 tsp parsley flakes
bulletVegetables of choice, see Serving Tips, below

DIRECTIONS:  Combine all ingredients, except vegetables, whip & blend well.  Pipe or spoon mixture onto or in the vegetables.  Place on a platter & chill at least 2 hour. 

SERVINGS:  About 1 1/3 cup filling (up to 4 dozen appetizers).

SERVING TIPS:  Vegetables:

bulletCherry tomatoes, tip cut off & hollowed out (add tomatoes to mixture if desired).
bulletBell pepper (red, yellow, green) cut into medium size wedges.
bulletCelery sticks.
bulletSlices of cucumber.
bulletIf you dare - fresh jalapeno pepper, top cut off, seeds removed.
bulletOr select your own vegetable.

Note:  Vegetables should be prepared & as being prepared placed into very cold water (with ice).  Drain the veggies before filling.
