STUFFED VEGETABLES
INGREDIENTS:
 | 1 Pkg of salmon-flavored cream cheese |
 | 1 oz finely chopped smoked salmon, optional for added flavor |
 | 2 tsp lemon juice |
 | 1 1/2 tsp dill weed |
 | 1 1/2 tsp dried minced onion |
 | 1 tsp parsley flakes |
 | Vegetables of choice, see Serving Tips, below |
DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients,
except vegetables, whip & blend well. Pipe or spoon mixture onto or in
the vegetables. Place on a platter & chill at least 2 hour.
SERVINGS: About 1 1/3 cup filling (up
to 4 dozen appetizers).
SERVING TIPS: Vegetables:
 | Cherry tomatoes, tip cut off & hollowed out (add tomatoes to
mixture if desired). |
 | Bell pepper (red, yellow, green) cut into medium size wedges. |
 | Celery sticks. |
 | Slices of cucumber. |
 | If you dare - fresh jalapeno pepper, top cut off, seeds removed. |
 | Or select your own vegetable. |
Note: Vegetables should be prepared
& as being prepared placed into very cold water (with ice). Drain the
veggies before filling.
