STUFFED TOMATO 3

TOOLS YOU WILL NEED:  Medium mixing bowl, cutting board & knife, large mixing spoon, plastic wrap, serving plates, measuring cup & spoons.

INGREDIENTS:

bullet2 Tbsp mayonnaise (reduced-calorie if possible)
bullet1/3 cup plain (low fat) yogurt
bullet1/8 tsp seasoned salt
bullet1/8 tsp dill weed
bullet1/2 cup chopped, un-pared cucumber
bullet1/4 cup coarsely chopped radishes
bullet2 Tbsp chopped onion
bullet1/4 cup Kellogg'sŪ All-Brand cereal
bullet1 can (7 oz) white tuna in water, well drained & flaked
bullet4 medium tomatoes (about 1 LB)

DIRECTIONS:  In medium mixing bowl, stir together first seven ingredients.  Stir in cereal.  Add tuna, tossing gently to moisten.  Chill well.  Slice each tomato into 6 wedges, cutting nearly to the tomato base but not all the way through.  Spoon mixture into the center of each tomato.  Additional cereal may be sprinkled over tops before serving.
