STUFFED SHRIMP

INGREDIENTS:

bullet32 very large shrimp, cooked, shelled with tails on
bullet8 oz cream cheese, softened
bullet2 Tbsp prepared horseradish, drained
bullet1/4 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS:  Process cream cheese, salt & horseradish until well blended.  Split the shrimp don the back almost all the way through.  Stuff shrimp with the cheese mixture & gently & slightly press sides of the shrimp together.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.

SERVINGS:  32 pieces                            TIME:  25 minutes (+ refrigeration)
