STUFFED MUSHROOM 2

INGREDIENTS:

bullet30 large mushrooms
bullet1 LB
bullet1 cup dried cherries, chopped
bullet3 green onions, chopped
bullet8 oz cream cheese

DIRECTIONS: Pull stems from mushrooms, wash mushrooms & stems, reserving the stems for other use.  Drain well.  Break sausage into small pieces & place in microwave dish & cook on high, uncovered 1 minute.  Use a wooden spoon to break up the sausage more & cook on high 1-2 minutes, or until done.  Pour off the grease, add cherries & onions mixing well.  Add cream cheese & mix well.  Fill each mushroom with the mixture.  Place in a microwave dish, caps up & cook 10-12 at a time for 3-4 minutes, keep warm while cooking the rest.  Serve warm.
