INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Place cabbage in pot with vinegar & 1 tsp salt. Add water to cover & cook on low until leaves turn limp, about 5 minutes. Mix beef, rice, onion, garlic, parsley, paprika, pepper & 1 tsp salt. Stuff & roll cabbage leaves with the mixture. Place tomato in boiling water, boil 2 minutes, remove from the water &puree. In a large pot cook olive oil & tomato puree 2-3 minutes. Set cabbage rolls in the pot, add beef stock to cover the rolls & cook on medium heat 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
