STRAWBERRY WINE INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Use a CROCK POT. Mash the berries in the crock pot, add boiling water & lemon juice. Mix very well. Cover with cheese cloth & let sit for 1 week, stirring well each day. Strain mixture through the cheese cloth, discard the fruit & return to a clean crock pot. Stir in the sugar, mix well. Cover again with cheese cloth & let sit another week, stirring each day. Place into glass containers or jugs you can cork loosely. Let sit on your rack for 3 months. Rebottle after fermentation is done & liquid is clear. Age for 1 year.
