STRAWBERRY PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:

    CRUST

bullet1 cup all-purpose flour
bullet1/2 cup powdered sugar
bullet1 stick butter

    FILLING

bullet1 Pkg (8 oz) cram cheese, softened
bullet1/2 cup sugar + 4 Tbsp
bullet3 pint boxes fresh strawberries, cleaned, cut in half
bullet1 cup apricot nectar
bullet4 tsp corn starch

DIRECTIONS:  Combine crust ingredients as if preparing pie crust.  Spread on a 13 inch pizza pan & bake at 325 F (162.78 C) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown & cool.  Combine cream cheese & 1/2 cup sugar, mixing well.  Spread over pizza crust.  Using a small sauce pan cook the nectar, rest of sugar & corn starch, stirring until thickened.  Cool.  Spread strawberries on top of cream cheese & top with nectar mixture.  Refrigerate until set.

SERVING:  8-10
