STEAK FOR PAPA

INGREDIENTS:

bullet2 LB sirloin steak, 1 1/2" thick
bullet1/4 cup sour cream
bullet1 tsp Worstershire sauce
bullet1 tsp salt, or to taste
bullet2 oz Roquefort cheese
bullet1/4 tsp pepper, or to taste

DIRECTIONS: Cook steak on medium-hot grill to rare (or medium rare), turning only once.  Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients, mixing well.  Remove steak to platter and top with cheese topping, allow to sit while steak sets and cheese begins to melt slightly.

SERVINGS:  4-6                            TIME:  25 minutes

SERVING TIPS: Do not puncture steak, to determine if it is ready to turn over, use the tongs to push, with little pressure, the steak, if it pushes, turn it over.  The same thing for the other side.  Remember, steak will continue to cook while the juices are setting.  Great with baked potato & green beans.
