SPIDER SNACK

TOOLS YOU WILL NEED:  Table knife to spread peanut butter, plate or dish to melt chocolate, if desired.

INGREDIENTS:

bullet12 Ritz Crackers
bullet1/4 cup peanut butter, divided
bullet48 small pretzel sticks
bulletHalloween sprinkles, optional
bullet12 currants or small candies

DIRECTIONS:  Spread each of 6 crackers with 1 tsp peanut butter, cover with the second cracker to form "spider's body".  Insert 6 pretzel sticks into the peanut butter layer of each spider (3 each side) for the "legs".  Top each cracker with 1 tsp peanut butter, decorate with sprinkles, then add 2 currants for the "eyes".

SERVINGS:  6

SERVING TIPS:  Try dipping the "bottom" of each spider in melted chocolate, let harden & draw an hour glass in red.  Recipe is adapted from www.kraftfoods.com.
