SPARERIBS 1 INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: If desired, have your butcher cut the rib slabs in half lengthwise & you then cut them into 3-4 rib sections for easier handling at the table. Place ribs in a large pot & add all but 1/2 cup of the BBQ sauce, mixing ribs to coat well. Cover & refrigerate overnight, turning a couple times. When ready to cook bring the ribs to room temperature, drain & discard the sauce & cook over medium coals, covered 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until done. The last 15-20 minutes, brush the ribs with reserved sauce. SERVINGS: 8-10 SERVING TIPS: Additional sauce can be prepared, heated & passed at the table.
