SPARERIBS

INGREDIENTS:

bullet4 LB spareribs

    MARINADE

bullet1/4 cup soy sauce
bullet2 Tbsp honey
bullet2 Tbsp white vinegar
bullet1 Tbsp sherry
bullet1 tsp chopped garlic
bullet1 tsp sugar
bullet2 Tbsp chicken broth

DIRECTIONS:  Combine marinade mixing well.  Pour over ribs in a large pan & allow to sit at room temperature 2-3 hours, basting at least 3 times. 

    If you are baking:  drain off most of the marinade & bake at 375 F for 45 minutes then increase temperature to 450 F & cook 15 minutes or until ribs are crisp & golden brown.  If ribs become to dry add a little marinade and water.

    If grilling, drain & reserve the marinade to use as baste.  Baste often and keep from burning.
