INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Sauté bacon in a large heavy skillet until crisp. Add onion & cook until lightly brown. Add rest of ingredients & bring to a boil. Cover & reduce to a simmer. Cook stirring occasionally until moisture is absorbed & rice is tender. Add additional water (or chicken broth) if necessary to finish coking the rice. SERVINGS: 2 TIME: 40 minutes SPANISH RICE |
