TOOLS YOU WILL NEED: Food processor, measuring cup & spoons, small bowl for sauce mixture, large re-sealable plastic bag or covered dish, broiling pan, tongs, kitchen knife, serving platter. INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Place dressing, parsley, hot sauce, lime juice & Worcestershire sauce in a food processor. Process until well blended. Reserve 3/4 cup of the mixture. Place steak into a large re-sealable plastic storage bag. Pour remaining sauce over the steak, seal the bag & refrigerate at least 30 minutes, 1 hour is best, turning once or twice. Broil or grill on high for 8 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let steak stand 5 minutes then slice diagonally. Serve with reserved sauce mixture & flour tortillas. SERVINGS: 4 SERVING TIPS: This steak almost demands rice or French fries & a crisp green salad to be served with it. SOUTHWEST STEAK |
