S'MORES

INGREDIENTS:

bullet8 cups graham crackers, broken in pieces
bullet5 cups + 1 cup miniature marshmallows
bullet1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
bullet1/4 cup corn syrup
bullet5 Tbsp butter
bullet1 tsp vanilla

DIRECTIONS:  Butter a baking dish (9 x 13 inch).  Heat 5 cups marshmallows, chocolate, syrup & butter in a saucepan, stirring until melted.  Remove from heat & stir in vanilla.  Pour over cereal in a large bowl, tossing until completely coated.  Stir in the extra marshmallows.  Press mixture into the baking pan.  Refrigerate 1 hour & cut into 2 inch squares.  Should be stored (up to 2 days) at room temperature.
