SHRIMP & EGG CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS:  Quantities depend upon size of the casserole you are making.  Following are ingredients, you can determine the quantities.

bulletDEVILED EGG
bulletMedium cooked shrimp, peeled
bulletCanned cream of mushroom or chicken soup
bulletItalian flavored bread crumbs
bulletGrated parmesan cheese
bulletButter

DIRECTIONS:  Prepare deviled eggs.  Butter a baking dish & place a layer of eggs on the bottom.  Next layer a row of shrimp, another layer of eggs, another layer of shrimp then sprinkle a little parmesan cheese over the top.  Slowly pour the soup, undiluted over the casserole & top with bread crumbs.  Bake uncovered at 350 F (176.67 C) for about 20 minutes or until hot.  Serve warm in the casserole dish.

SERVING TIPS:  A good meal for brunch or as a main course with salad.
