INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Cut avocados in half, remove the seeds, gently rinse in slightly warm water, pad dry & carefully slice into cubes, taking care not to cut thru the skin. Leave avocado in the shells. Wash the shrimp with lime juice & drain. Mix remaining ingredients to make a sauce. Stuff avocados with prawns & top with the sauce. Sprinkle chopped cilantro on the top. SERVES: 6 TIME: 15 minutes SERVING TIPS: Great with crab meat also. SHRIMP SALAD |
