SEAFOOD CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 LB cooked crab meat
bullet1 LB cooked medium shrimp, peeled
bullet1 cup mayonnaise
bullet1/2 cup chopped green pepper
bullet1/4 cup finely chopped onion
bullet1 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
bullet1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
bullet1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
bullet2 cup coarsely crushed potato chips
bulletPaprika to taste

DIRECTIONS:  Combine crab, shrimp, mayonnaise, green pepper, onion, celery, salt & Worcestershire sauce, mixing gently.  Pour mixture into a buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole.  Top with crushed chips & sprinkle top with paprika.  Bake at 400 F (204.44 C) for 20-25 minutes.
