INGREDIENTS:
 | 8 potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced |
 | 1 onion, chopped |
 | 1 LB cooked ham, cut into 1 inch cubes |
 | 1 Pkg (1 oz) country style gravy mix |
 | 1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of mushroom soup |
 | 2 cups water |
 | 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
DIRECTIONS: Combine potatoes, onion & ham
in lightly greased Crock-Pot. Combine gravy mix, mushroom soup &
water, whisk until combined. Pour gravy mixture over potatoes.
Cover, cook on low 7 to 9 hour (high 3 to 4 hours). Top with cheese during
last 30 minutes.
