TOOLS YOU WILL NEED: Large skillet, spatula, sauce pan, food processor, slotted spoon, large serving spoon, measuring cup & spoons. INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: To prepare the sauce use a small saucepan, bring dried prunes & water to a boil. reduce heat; cover & simmer 20 minutes. Using a slotted spoon transfer prunes to a food processor, reserving the liquid. Add 1 cup of the liquid, wine, lemon juice, oil, lemon peel, sugar, salt, pepper, allspice & cloves to the processor, process until smooth. Return to the saucepan & simmer over medium-low hat for 10 minutes. Set aside. Meanwhile cook salmon in a large heavy skillet with pan spray, turning once until salmon is done but still moist in the center. Serve fish with sauce on top.
