SALMON BURGERS +/-
INGREDIENTS:
 | 1 can (6 oz) boneless salmon, drained |
 | 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs |
 | 1/4 cup finely chopped onion |
 | 2 Tbsp mayonnaise |
 | 1 egg, beaten |
 | 1 tsp lemon juice |
 | 1 tsp parsley flakes |
 | 1/8 tsp garlic power |
 | 4 hamburger buns |
 | 1/8 tsp dill weed |
DIRECTIONS: Combine ingredients except
the buns, mixing well. Shape into four burgers, mixture will be
moist. Grill burgers until both sides are brown. Toast the buns on
the grill & serve with your favorite sauce.
