ROAST PORK

INGREDIENTS:

bullet2 tsp seasoned salt
bullet1 tsp ground thyme
bullet2 LB boneless pork loin roast
bullet1/2 cup peach preserves
bullet2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
bullet3/4 tsp ground ginger

DIRECTIONS:  Combine seasoned salt & thyme & rub all sides of the roast.  Grill over indirect heat (or bake at 350 F 176.67 C 1 1/2 hours) cooking until meat reaches 160 F.   Combine preserves, Worcestershire sauce & ginger.  Coat pork roast with mixture the last 10 minutes of cooking.
