INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Heat oven to 400 F. Using a large cookie sheet (or cook in batches) lay asparagus in a single layer. Drizzle with oil making sure the tips are well coated. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Cook for 15 minutes or until asparagus is tender, deep green & beginning to brown in spots. SERVINGS: 12 TIME: 20 minutes SERVING TIPS: I found this recipe in a newspaper, I can't remember when, but if someone knows the author, let me know. I really love it!
