INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Using a large nonstick fry pan combine onion, garlic, oil & water & cook over medium heat, stirring often, until is deep golden; if mixture sticks to pan add additional water (1 Tbsp at a time). Add beans & chicken broth, vinegar, pepper. Coarsely mash beans with a spoon. Season to taste with salt. Heat until steaming. SERVINGS: 3 1/4 cups TIME: 35 min REFRIED BEANS |
