QUESADILLAS 3 INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 300 F (148.89 C). Grate the cheese & set aside. Drain salsa reserving the liquid. Place 1 tortilla on a flat surface & place about 1/2 cup of cheese on top. Top with 2-3 Tbsp of the drained salsa. Cover with another tortilla & top it with the same amount of mixtures then top with a third tortilla. Continue making another 3 quesadillas (a total of 4 triple-decker quesadillas). Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place quesadillas in the skillet one at a time & cook for 3 minutes, pressing down lightly with a spatula. Turn over & cook 2-3 minutes more. Tortillas should be crisp & golden brown. Keep warm on a baking sheet in the oven. Repeat cooking the other 3 quesadillas. Lightly brush each with the reserved salsa liquid. Cut each into 6 pieces, best served warm.
