QUESADILLAS

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 Pkg (12 oz) Monterey Jack cheese, thinly sliced
bullet12 (6") flour tortillas
bulletHot pepper sauce to taste
bullet1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
bulletOil
bulletSliced black olives to taste

DIRECTIONS:  Lightly sprinkle half of each tortilla with pan spray.  Divide cheese, onion, olives on half of each tortilla.  Fold in half.  Heat in a skillet with oil using low heat about 1 minute or until lightly brown.

SERVINGS:  6                                TIME:  3-5 minutes

SERVING TIPS:  Serve with your choice of salsa.
