PUMPKIN PIE 3

INGREDIENTS:

bullet2 cups canned pumpkin
bullet1/2 tsp ground ginger
bullet1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
bullet2 eggs
bullet1 tsp ground cinnamon
bullet1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
bullet1/2 tsp salt
bullet1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch)

DIRECTIONS:  Preheat oven to 425 F (218.33 C).  Use a whisk to beat the pumpkin, milk, eggs, spices & salt together.  Pour into the pie crust & bake 15 minutes.  Reduce heat to 350 F (176.67 C) baking 35-40 minutes more or until knife inserted 1 inch from the crust comes out clean.  Cool.  Garnish with your choice such as whipped cream or ice cream.
